Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor (Off Shift) to lead a team of associates to drive operational efficiency, product quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Location: Bethlehem, PA Work Model: This is a 2nd Shift fully onsite role, five days per week, supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation. How You’ll Impact Results Lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence in manufacturing operations, ensuring precision and passion Your leadership will ensure production goals are met safely and effectively, setting the standard for success Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality in the manufacturing environment Supervise and support a diverse team, fostering professional growth and teamwork Cultivate a proactive safety culture and implement strategies to prevent accidents Drive initiatives to meet and exceed objectives in safety, quality, efficiency, cost management, and waste reduction Take accountability for the development of associates, identifying training and advancement opportunities Lead problem-solving efforts, using root cause analysis to implement actionable solutions Promote a strong food safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards Embody and promote Just Born leadership behaviors, providing coaching, feedback, and support for self-development Uphold Just Born’s Purpose, Vision, and RESPECT Philosophy Manage budget responsibilities to maintain financial integrity. Additional duties & responsibilities as required. May require flexing to other shifts to cover vacations/absences. Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management focus preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated abilities may be substituted.
