Asheville Recovery Center is currently accepting applications for Behavioral Health Technicians.Job DutiesProvide supervision and support to clients at Asheville Recovery CenterOffer clients guidance about recovery using the 12-step model, Refuge Recovery, or other established models.Facilitating daily schedule of Asheville Recovery CenterConduct random urinalysis drug testing twice weekly and as outlined procedurallyMonitor client's presence through daily roundsMonitor all drug tests by observing samples being provided via same sex staff to client interactionDocument all results of each sample provided and have the client sign and date the form usedReport any unusual client behavior or suspicious activity to the Operations Director/ BHT SupervisorMaintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere strictly to confidentiality requirementsComply with all Asheville Recovery Center's policies and proceduresAdhere to established standards of hygiene and universal infection control procedures in handling all samples and supplies.
