Accounts Payable Coordinator

Supporting day-to-day purchasing activities, the full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage purchase requests, maintain accurate records, and communicate with vendors and internal departments while ensuring compliance and confidentiality. Key responsibilities Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation accurately and efficiently Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve inquiries and follow up on open items Maintain organized and accurate purchasing records and assist with invoice and vendor inquiries Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience in business or a related field Prior experience in purchasing, accounts payable, or administrative support preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data entry and spreadsheet maintenance Experience with purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
