Feldman Kramer & Monaco, is looking for a Wills attorney to join our progressive, innovative, and growing estate department.Unlike many law firms our dynamic law firm offers our attorneys flexible hours, no billing requirement, a good salary and great benefits including bonus opportunity. We are seeking a full time attorney to attend scheduled will days.NO case load.Admission to the NYS Bar for no less than three years is required, and be in good standing.Retirees are welcome!Duties & Responsibilities:Attend will signing event days at various locations on Long Island.Draft and review wills.Requirements:Juris Doctor Detailed knowledge of Wills & Estate Laws.Self-motivated, organized and detail-orientedAbility to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence.
