IT Desktop Support SpecialistBrinkmann Constructors is hiring an experienced IT Desktop Support Specialist to provide support for end users across all offices and remote locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience providing IT support for mid-to-large sized organizations. Environment is primarily a Microsoft Windows environment utilizing Office 365 and Azure.ResponsibilitiesInstalling and configuring hardware, software, and peripheral for end usersUpgrading laptop computers, including migrating user dataBuild and configuration of equipment for new hiresCreating new user accounts in Active Directory/EntraProvide end user technical support in a timely mannerMaintain support requests in ZenDesk ticketing systemAssist with mobile device upgrades and new deploymentsMaintain Asset trackingPeriodic travel to Brinkmann regional offices and job sitesQualificationsRequires at least 5 years related work experienceBachelor's degree, technical training or equivalent combination of education/experienceMicrosoft Windows 10/11 supportiOS support skillsDetailed orientedStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service for employeesMicrosoft EntraMicrosoft Office 365Experience with Zendesk or equivalent ticketing systemAbility to prioritize tasksMust be willing to travel once every 1-2 months to provide support at regional office and job sitesWorking Conditions:The IT Desktop Supports work is primarily performed indoors at Brinkmann's corporate officeThis role requires regular office hours, with potential for extended hours during reporting cyclesLight physical effort is required, including the handling of objects up to 10 pounds and someStanding, walking, sitting, talking and/or hearingAt Brinkmann Constructors, our passion for people means investing in their financial, mental, and physical well-being.
