Required Qualifications

• Active LPN License (Iowa)
• 2+ years of Acute Rehab experience
• Must live within 60 miles of the facility to qualify
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and fast‑paced workflows
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to patient‑centered care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to Acute Rehab patients
