We have PCA pumps and patients receiving chemotherapy for ONS nurses only. Limited phlebotomy coverage at night. Rehire Eligibility Former Permanent Staff Must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler through Qualivis. Former Travelers Travelers who worked a full year assignment must be away for 1 full year before returning. If a traveler was previously employed by the facility (perm or travel), contact the AM to confirm rehire eligibility before submission.
