divh2AYA OFFER (Mixed Acuity - PCU and MS Patients)/h2pIf you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the departments needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time. Oncology experience preferred but not required. Minimum 2 years RN experience required. EPIC experience required. Required skills: IV starts, tele, tracheostomy management. Ratio: 1:5. Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity. Previous travel experience preferred! No set schedule, no set weekend, no block schedule, the facility determines the complete schedule (could possibly end up working every weekend). Must be flexible. Self-schedule requests - you will enter your schedule requests so we can see your preferred schedule before balancing and posting the final schedule. First week of orientation is Mon - Fri dayshift./p/div
