Position Summary

Trimark is seeking a Service Contract Specialist to support the administration, renewal, amendment, and growth of customer service agreements. This position serves as a primary point of coordination between customers and internal teams to ensure service agreements, customer commitments, and proposal activities are managed accurately and efficiently.

The Service Contract Specialist develops proposals for standard service offerings, coordinates contract renewals and amendments, maintains customer account information, and supports the successful delivery of services to customers. This role plays a critical part in retaining recurring revenue, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities

Service Contract Administration

• Prepare, manage, and maintain customer service agreements and related contract documentation.
• Coordinate service agreement renewals and contract amendments.
• Track contract expiration dates and renewal opportunities.
• Ensure executed agreements are properly maintained and stored.
• Maintain accurate customer contract records and supporting documentation.

Proposal Development

• Develop proposals, quotations, and service scopes for standard service offerings.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to gather information required for proposal development.
• Maintain proposal templates and supporting documentation.
• Track proposal activity and customer follow-up requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of proposal content and presentation.

Customer Account Support

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to service agreements and contract activities.
• Coordinate customer requests with operations, technical, and administrative teams.
• Maintain customer account information and records.
• Support customer onboarding and service setup activities.

Operational Coordination

• Coordinate customer deliverables and service commitments with internal teams.
• Support scheduling and administrative activities associated with service delivery.
• Ensure required customer documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assist with issue resolution and customer follow-up activities.

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain contract, proposal, and customer activity tracking systems.
• Generate status reports and activity summaries.
• Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate information within company business systems.

Qualifications

Required

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in contract administration, customer account support, project coordination, proposal development, business administration, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer. This position is not eligible for sponsorship of a work visa.

Preferred

• Experience supporting utility, renewable energy, engineering, technical services, or construction-related organizations.
• Experience developing proposals, quotations, or customer-facing business documents.
• Experience with service agreements, contract administration, or recurring service programs.
• Experience using CRM, SharePoint, Salesforce, Deltek, or similar business systems.
