Emergency Room Rn Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The candidate must hold a Hawaii license and be available to start promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a 28-bed ER department, including trauma, behavioral health, and cardiac monitor units.
• Assess patient needs, prioritize care, and deliver appropriate interventions swiftly.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, treatments, and outcomes.
• Follow protocols and safety guidelines consistent with emergency care standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Hawaii Registered Nurse license prior to start date.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in emergency nursing, trauma, behavioral health, and cardiac care.
• Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bring minimum 15 weeks of availability to commit to the assignment.
