About the Role
At PM Design, Inc, our Project Managers are leaders, problem-solvers, and trusted client advisors. In this role, you will oversee multiple architectural and design projects from concept through completion while ensuring exceptional client service, strong financial performance, and high-quality project delivery.
You'll lead project teams, mentor staff, coordinate with clients and consultants, and play an important role in driving successful outcomes for both our clients and our company. What You Will Do
Lead Project Delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously through planning, design, permitting, and construction phases.
- Establish project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and guide project teams toward successful execution.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, profitability, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
