Salesforce Technical Product OwnerSafe Agile trained. Decompose features into user stories with testable acceptance criteria including reporting acceptance features definition, EPIC and user story criteria if applicable. Understand the overall product vision including knowledge of JIRA, Agile Craft, Kanban, customer experience, define the approach within the Agile Development Methodology, Microsoft scrum team and ensure it is communicated to all scrum team members. Knowledge of Telco products and services is an added advantage. Scrum with UX and development teams to work on backlog grooming, prioritize bug fixes, UX improvements and feature expansion/elimination. Ensures grooming is taking place at the right speed team maintains two sprint groomed backlog. Negotiate prioritization of dependencies with other business, functional and technical product managers commit to dependencies opened requirements. Expertise in writing user stories, conducting sprint ceremonies and reports on health of scrum team. Communicates clearly and regularly about the user stories and the connection to the features. Significant experience with both traditional waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies. Exceptional writing, communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment. If applicable, review content design with Legal to obtain feedback; analyze feedbacks RE legal risk and determines what/if changes to implement. Responsible for all aspects of the scrum team's output UX, technology and user story. Understands the scope of technical debt and collaborates with development/architecture for definition and prioritization of technical debt backlog items. Provides inputs for release management on defect criteria.
