About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide executive leadership and strategic direction in alignment with the organization's goals and policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the institution, including operational excellence, financial strength, and regulatory compliance. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing organizational strategies, overseeing all operational areas, and maintaining sound financial management practices. The CEO will also be tasked with fostering a culture of service, accountability, and community engagement, as well as leading the investment strategy and ensuring the institution's ongoing financial health and stability. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience within the banking or credit union industry, with a proven track record of executive-level leadership. A strong knowledge of credit union operations, financial management, and regulatory requirements is essential, as is experience in strategic planning and execution. The role requires a deep understanding of financial reporting, asset/liability management, and investment strategies, as well as the ability to work with and report to a Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and must demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and a commitment to member-focused financial services are also key qualifications for this position.
