Preference Employment Solutions is confidentially recruiting for an HR Manager for an organization based in Oakes, North Dakota. This position will include a wide array of duties related to human resources systems, policies, and programs.


Type of Position: Full Time - Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 DOE Annually

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor's or associate degree in human resources or related field
• A minimum of 5 years' experience
• Knowledge in federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, etc.)
