Interview on the spot! Every Wednesday from 12 PM - 2 PM Free Parking / Free Shuttle from the Rosemont Blue Line Station Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains network operating systems. Secures system data via backup operation. Creates and maintains active directory accounts. Troubleshoots complex system problems and provides high level support to users. Maintains job logs and distributes reports to end users. Receives and responds to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding PC and/or hardware problems. Utilizes the help desk system as designed for problem reporting and change management accurately documents instances of hardware failure, repair, installation and removal. Follows and enforces all departmental standards, security, run instructions, backup, and recovery and shift turnover procedures. Other duties may apply. Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino – Des Plaines IC. Job Requirements: Computer Science Degree and/or Four (4) Year BA Degree preferred Must be able to successfully complete and maintain pre-employment and employment requirements Detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task Should be proficient in multiple casino software systems including but not limited to KCMS, Infinium, 1st Advantage/HRLogix, Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
