Borealis Cannabis, a Shangri-La brand, is growing across Connecticut, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing people to help bring the brand to life.

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent Borealis at dispensaries, vendor days, product launches, pop-ups, and special events throughout the state. You'll meet customers, connect with budtenders, share product knowledge, create excitement around the brand, and help us grow our presence in the Connecticut market.

And the best part? This is a flexible contract role. You can pick up as many available shifts and activations as you want based on your schedule and availability.

Typical activations are 46 hours, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, extra income, or a fun way to grow within the cannabis industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Represent Borealis Cannabis at dispensaries, vendor days, pop-ups, and events
• Talk with customers and budtenders about Borealis products
• Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable brand experience
• Support product launches and in-store promotions
• Build relationships with dispensary teams throughout Connecticut
• Capture approved photos and videos during activations
• Share feedback on customer reactions, trends, and competitor activity
• Help us identify what's working in the market and where we can grow
• Represent Borealis professionally while still bringing your own personality and energy

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to be a cannabis expert on day one. We're looking for people who are curious, reliable, personable, and excited to learn.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are 21 years of age or older
• Love talking to people and building relationships
• Are comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations
• Have an interest in cannabis, retail, sales, marketing, or events
• Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel throughout Connecticut
• Want a flexible schedule with the ability to pick up additional shifts
• Are available for some evenings and weekends
• Are comfortable taking photos and videos on your phone
• Can work independently and show up ready to represent the brand

Bonus Points If You Have

• Cannabis or dispensary experience
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience
• Brand ambassador or event experience
• Social media or content creation experience
• A strong understanding of Connecticut's cannabis market
