Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

Drax is seeking a Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director to lead efficiency, reliability, and sustainability improvements across our generation assets and end-to-end energy value chain. In this executive leadership role, you will define and deliver the optimization strategy for plants, fuel supply, logistics, and commercial interfaces, using data-driven insights to reduce cost, improve performance, and support our zero-carbon ambitions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, develop KPIs, and partner with senior stakeholders to embed continuous improvement across Drax’s operations.
