Senior Health Care Counsel: Strategic Legal Lead (Equity)

NACBA

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Counsel within Retail Health to provide strategic legal guidance to internal partners across MinuteClinic, MinuteClinic Virtual Care, and Virtual Primary Care.

You will lead legal work, advise on federal and state regulatory matters (including AKS, Stark and FCA), negotiate complex agreements, and support business initiatives in a fast-paced environment. A JD and active state bar admission are required.
