Senior Healthcare Regulatory Counsel | PBM Compliance

Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement

CVS Health is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal and regulatory counsel to internal partners on market conduct exams and healthcare regulations. You will advise on regulatory risk and coordinate with regulators, auditors, and outside counsel while supporting business goals across the organization.

You will support Caremark and CVS Health investigations, develop audits and PBM examinations, oversee enforcement matters, and help resolve issues in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
