Located in the Uptown Design District, ARRIVE Palm Springs is a striking design and architectural landmark, honoring the city's rich modernist legacy. Our 32-room boutique hotel features bright, residential-style guest rooms, a 42-foot-long pool and hot tub, firepits, bocce ball, ping pong tables, and a poolside restaurant and bar serving refreshing cocktails and California-centric classics.

We're looking for a friendly Server who's enthusiastic about serving tasty food, drinks, and coffee while forging authentic connections with guests at Palm Canyon Swim & Social.

The Task At Hand:

• Assess, anticipate, and meet guest needs, responding quickly without losing focus on the dining experience.
• Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and management, adapting to different personalities with ease.
• Understand the full menu of food and beverage items, communicating it to guests effectively and accurately.
• Recognize and resolve problems using good judgment, tact, and initiative, in line with company policy.
• Perform basic accounting and math, operating cash registers, the Micros system, and hot beverage makers.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace per side-work guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• 1 year of related experience as a Server in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
• Clear thinker who stays calm and resolves problems using good judgment; works cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
