Specimen Processor- Full Time- 3rd Shift

Labcorp seeks a Specimen Processor for third-shift work in Englewood, Colorado. The role involves preparing, labeling, and routing laboratory specimens for analysis while maintaining accurate records and meeting production standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process laboratory specimens for testing and analysis
• Unpack, route, and label specimens while maintaining accurate identification
• Pack and ship specimens to appropriate testing facilities
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely
• Identify and document problem specimens; meet departmental production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable handling biological specimens and passing color blindness test
• Ability to accurately identify and label specimens
• Strong data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
• Experience in lab processing, clinical laboratory, healthcare, or production environments (preferred)

Compensation: $18.88 - $22.22 per hour plus 3rd shift differential
