Incident IQ in Atlanta is seeking a pragmatic AI DevEx Engineer to join our AI Tooling team. You will design and build the skills, plugins, commands, and internal tools that empower engineers and cross‑functional teams to work smarter and faster. Initially, your focus will be Claude Code plugins and agentic skills, scaling to multiple plugins across engineering disciplines.
