Accounting Clerk
Location: Orange, CA – Fully Onsite
Schedule: Part-Time to Start | 20–25 Hours per Week
Pay: $25/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire |Will move to full time hours once hired
What You'll Do:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Enter invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions
- Assist with account and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
- Research basic accounting discrepancies
- Assist with data entry and general accounting support
- Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed
- QuickBooks experience required; QuickBooks Enterprise preferred
- Accounting coursework, degree, or previous accounting experience
- Open to current college students and recent graduates
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivots/formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Start at approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Part-time schedule can work well for someone currently attending school
- Position will transition to full-time hours once hired
