Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Detailer to ensure that each vehicle on our lot meets the high standards our customers expect. This role is essential in maintaining the showroom‑ready appearance of our vehicles, providing our clients with an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, passionate about automotive care, and committed to delivering outstanding service in a fast‑paced environment where quality and customer satisfaction are paramount. Key Responsibilities Clean, wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors to showroom quality. Deep clean interiors, including carpets, seats, upholstery, and hard surfaces. Apply protective treatments, such as paint sealants and fabric protectants, to maintain vehicle quality. Perform light cosmetic repairs, such as buffing minor scratches and touch‑ups. Conduct meticulous inspections to ensure detailing work meets dealership and customer standards. Maintain a clean, organized detailing area, ensuring all tools and products are properly cared for. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Support additional tasks as directed by the Service Manager or supervisory team. Qualifications High attention to detail and commitment to quality results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
