Product Attorney (Consumer-Facing Product Experience)

The Position A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced Product Counsel to provide immediate support across a portfolio of high-impact consumer products and emerging initiatives. This is a true product counseling role involving both established products and new launches, with potential work spanning subscriptions and monetization, consumer advertising, and payments/fintech. The ideal attorney has substantive experience advising product teams throughout the product lifecycle and can quickly understand how a product works, identify legal and business risks, and translate complex facts into practical guidance. Experience supporting launches, new features, product changes, or consumer-facing technology products is particularly relevant. Privacy experience is useful, but this is not a dedicated privacy role. Prior product counseling experience is the core requirement. The team is particularly interested in attorneys who can ramp quickly and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment. Relevant experience with subscriptions, monetization, advertising, payments, or fintech would be a plus. This project starts ASAP, 40 hours/week, is initially 1–2 months with the potential to extend, is fully remote with West Coast candidates strongly preferred. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $100and $110. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
