Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join a growing, reputable restoration company. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a background in restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, or construction services who is looking to make an impact and grow with a successful organization.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualified candidates will be contacted promptly, as this position is an immediate hiring need.


Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Experience within the restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, or construction industry preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Familiarity with Xactimate, DASH, and/or MICA software preferred
• IICRC certifications (Water, Fire, Mold, etc.) are highly valued
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic solutions
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and residential clients
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market outreach
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
• Identify market trends and create strategies to expand company presence
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals
