Discovr AI is building an AI-native alternative to traditional influencer marketing agencies, using AI agents to automate creator discovery, outreach, campaign execution, and measurement.

We’re expanding our US business and looking for a hands-on creator marketing professional with direct experience running programs for US D2C brands.

About the role

You will help plan and run creator campaigns, lead day-to-day client communication, and guide our India-based execution team.

You’ll work closely with our founders on strategy and commercial decisions, while taking ownership of campaign execution, creator relationships, and performance updates.

What you’ll do

• Translate client objectives into campaign plans, creator profiles, briefs, timelines, and reporting requirements.
• Review creator shortlists for audience fit, content quality, brand alignment, and commercial value.
• Guide outreach, negotiations, onboarding, deliverables, and creator follow-ups.
• Coordinate paid creator partnerships, gifting/seeding, and affiliate activities according to each client’s scope.
• Review content and give creators clear, actionable feedback.
• Coordinate usage rights and partnership-ad permissions with the relevant teams.
• Lead routine client calls, communicate progress, and resolve day-to-day delivery issues.
• Analyze results and recommend improvements to creator selection, briefs, and future campaigns.
• Work with our India team to maintain clear ownership, deadlines, and execution standards.

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or campaign management.
• Hands-on experience running creator campaigns for US D2C/ecommerce brands is compulsory.
• Personal ownership of substantial campaign responsibilities, including creator selection, negotiations, briefing, or client communication.
• Experience with paid creator partnerships and gifting/seeding.
• Familiarity with affiliate programs, UGC, and Meta partnership ads.
• Ability to interpret campaign metrics and explain what should change based on the results.
• Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Confidence working directly with clients and coordinating a distributed execution team.

We welcome candidates with 2–3 years of experience who can demonstrate strong ownership and results .

Nice to have

• Experience with beauty, personal care, wellness, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with Shopify and creator/affiliate management platforms.
• Experience working with performance marketing teams.
• Experience with AI, consumer technology, or edtech brands.



Working arrangement

Remote, with agreed availability for US client calls and regular coordination with our India team.
