Product Manager - ServiceNow

Salary: $70,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience; typically, candidates have 5 or more years.
• At least 4 years of people leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Demonstrated success delivering business outcomes through a product operating model for solutions and platforms using Agile methodology.
• Experience delivering IT solutions in the supply chain domain, preferably in procurement.

• Set team goals and objectives for maintaining, integrating, and implementing software applications.
• Coordinate software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and support to ensure smooth and timely implementation of new software and updates.
• Coordinate application configurations to meet user and business needs, and identify improvements to complex support processes.
• Lead programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes and updates for application releases.
• Serve as a key contact for users, respond to application support needs, and prioritize enhancements.
• Supervise day-to-day technical application support activities.
• Coach the team and collaborate with developers, product managers, and business partners to align configurations with standards and project goals.
• Prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate complex contracts.
• Monitor configured application performance and recommend improvements to efficiency and effectiveness.
• Guide improvements to application-specific support processes and procedures.
• Manage team performance, productivity, development, feedback, accountability, and recognition while fostering an inclusive team culture.
• Participate in implementing ServiceNows S2PO platform, with a focus on configuring Sourcing, Procurement, and Case Management.
• Work with other IT teams to manage integrations among ServiceNow, SAP and non-SAP ERPs, the Data Platform, other S2P systems, and third-party applications.
