Highlights Pay: $73,840 - $115,648 annually Location: Akron, OH Schedule: Full-time, Evening shift What You'll Do Provide supervision, assessment, planning, and direct patient care to hospice patients. Perform accurate and complete admissions assessments and re-assessments. Assess patients for safety risks, abuse, and neglect. Assess, document, and manage patient’s pain. Prioritize and document patient problems. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately with a focus on patient comfort. Coordinate care for managing a caseload of patients. Document changes in patient condition and effectiveness and timeliness of care/interventions. Evaluate, update, and revise plans of care. Assess educational needs of patients, caregivers, and family while considering cultural issues and other special challenges. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing BSN preferred Experience 1+ years of current clinical experience as an RN 1+ year of experience in an acute medical-surgical or critical care setting Licenses & Certifications Current RN License in Ohio Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
