Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, support, and optimize an enterprise Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have strong ticket resolution experience, Salesforce platform expertise, and relevant certifications.
Must-Have Skills- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong ticket resolution / production support experience.
- Solid Salesforce certifications .
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, governance, configuration, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards, and data management .
- Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience, APIs, and integrations .
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce integrations, APIs, or middleware experience.
- Experience supporting large enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
