About the Role As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our ortho patients. You will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their best smile by making the financing process smooth, clear, and stress-free, providing excellent patient care, and supporting office operations. Responsibilities Schedule appointments + manage the calendar Present treatment plans in a warm, easy-to-understand way Help with insurance + financial arrangements Work closely with our orthodontists + team for top-tier care Follow up with patients and answer questions with kindness Educate families about braces, aligners, and more Handle concerns with empathy and professionalism What We're Looking For High School Diploma (bonus points for dental/healthcare studies!) 2+ years experience as a dental or ortho financial/treatment coordinator Strong knowledge of insurance + financial planning Availability to work on weekends Positive and friendly attitude Experience with dental terms + patient management software Passion for helping families feel informed and empowered Skills Excellent attention to detail Team Player Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
