# Automotive General ManagerApplylocations: PT-Washington North: Bellevue, WAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R0221964Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands is looking for highly talented, dedicated and quality-focused teammates to provide top tier service to our customers.**JOB SUMMARY****Protech Automotive Solutions**has an immediate job opening for a **General Manager** to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but is not limited to the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This individual will also reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. General Managers must ensure our teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Protech’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards. **OUR GENERAL MANAGER FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:**[$85k-$95k] per year!**WHATS IN IT FOR ME?*** **Benefits from Day 1*** **Industry Comparable Pay** – Paid weekly* **Paid Vacation & Holidays** – Begin accruing day 1* **Career Growth Opportunities** – We promote from within!* **Paid Skilled Trainings and Certifications** – I-CAR and ASE**REQUIREMENTS:*** 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business* Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy* Must be 21 years of age or older* Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks**ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE*** Advanced understanding of Estimates* Must have prior experience with OEM* Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures, scanning process* Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal* Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment* Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers* Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.Caliber is an Equal Opportunity Employer **Protech uses E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires.****Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.**### About UsProtech Automotive Solutions, has been in business for over 20 years handling multiple types of repairs, from hands on mechanical repair and replacement of suspension, drive modules and frames, to diagnostic opportunities that require advanced knowledge of complicated computerized vehicle control systems.
