Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Generalist teaching certification required (EC-6 or 4-8 accepted)
• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)
• Experience working in elementary or middle school settings is highly desirable
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction to accommodate various learning styles and needs within special education classrooms
• Adapt and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Foster an inclusive and encouraging climate that motivates students to reach their full potential
• Coordinate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support each student’s progress
• Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing assessment to track academic and developmental milestones
