Join our team at Kayser Janesville Chevrolet Buick GMC as a Service Advisor, where you will be the vital link between our customers and our service department. In this role, you will facilitate communication, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for our valued clients in Janesville, WI.
Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, addressing their service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explanations of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle service histories.
• Follow up with customers on service status and post-service satisfaction.
• Manage appointment scheduling and work with parts department to order necessary supplies.
• Promote additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or automotive training preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with automotive terminology and repair processes preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and dealership management software.
