Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor effects, and document responses in the medical record.
- Assess residents’ conditions, recognize changes, and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team.
- Perform routine procedures such as wound care, IV therapy assistance, and basic rehabilitative nursing tasks as assigned.
- Ensure patient safety, adherence to infection control practices, privacy regulations, and quality standards; respond promptly to emergencies.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in New Mexico or eligibility to obtain NM RN license by start date.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in general, SNF, or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to work a 3x12 night schedule and adapt to a skilled nursing facility environment.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
