Sterile Processing Technician

Evening Shift: 1500-2330 with call rotation. Night Shift: 0000-0830 Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts) with call rotation.

The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for cleaning, wrapping, sterilizing, and maintaining inventory of instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies for surgery and various departments and associated clinics.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans and sterilizes surgical instruments and equipment.
• Maintains inventory of sterile supplies.
• Ensures compliance with sterilization standards and procedures.
• Participates in call rotation as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 3 years of sterile processing experience.
• Certification as a CSPDT (Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) or CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) is required.
• Ability to meet rotating weekend and holiday call requirements.
