Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Weekend Caregiver (Saturday & Sunday, 10 am‑4 pm) for a female client in the College Park, GA area. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of home care experience. Description Caregivers work within our client’s home providing support with daily living tasks and personal care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, basic meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, ensuring home safety, handling emergencies, and infection control. CNAs provide essential social and emotional support and share vital patient information with nurses. They may also provide companion and sitter services. Qualifications Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience, preferably in home health Current CPR certification (as required by state) Updated TB results/Chest x‑ray Reliable transportation Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, dressing, ambulation, and range‑of‑motion exercises in accordance with plans of care Obtain patients’ vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) Track patients’ input and output as required Perform unsterile and decubitus care in accordance with training procedures Change linens according to schedule and patient needs Complete all appropriate paperwork and submit to management Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with special attention to safety regulations Provide post‑mortem care as needed Perform other related duties as assigned Position Requirements Physical Requirements: regular sitting, standing, bending, light lifting, and walking.
