Oncology Nurse Navigator – Oncology

Shift: 8 Hour Days

Requirements

• Current Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications
• Current ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification required
• Previous oncology patient navigation/care coordination experience required
• Oncology infusion experience required
• EPIC Beacon experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care from diagnosis through treatment.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacy, infusion staff, and ancillary departments.
• Administer occasional chemotherapy infusions as required.
