We're looking for strategic thinkers who can identify problems, develop practical, data-based solutions, and drive implementation to support Squatch's growth plans. As the Commercialization Manager, you will play a leading role in the Product organization, sitting at the center of Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure that all launches are executed seamlessly. You will be responsible for understanding, defining, and implementing processes that are built to scale while constantly looking to drive efficiencies. You will partner with company leadership to organize and manage the execution of the DRSQ launch roadmap. This role requires a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly organized, collaborative, and proactive.This role will report to the Associate Director of Commercialization.This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits, based in Marina Del Rey, CA. The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 to $125,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.What You'll Do:Lead and drive large-scale, strategic product launches to drive high impact across Dr. Squatch's key goals and objectives encompassing a wide range of subject matter areas, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product, Marketing, and Financial OperationsLead and execute launches by gatekeeping the stage gate process (the single source of truth for all product launches at DRSQ!!!), developing cross-functional timelines, leading cross-functional weekly meetings, and driving all launch-related communicationsDevelop subject matter expertise to become a great partner to all teams throughout the launch processProactively develop & identify gaps / blind spots in processes while working with teams to create long-term solutions that address gapsPositively motivate and hold teams accountable for hitting their deliverables and deadlinesBecome a leader within the Commercialization function and help to level up our capabilities, increase our capacity, develop new processes, broaden our scope, and continue to build the teamAbout You:Bachelor's Degree4-7 years of experience in project management, strategy/management consulting, or product development managementExperience with project management systems a plus (Monday, Asana, Jira, etc)Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines while staying highly organized and detail-orientedStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsInterest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industriesSomeone who gets things done without perfect resources is innovative and works with a sense of urgencySomeone who has high standards takes ownership and is invested in the outcomeSomeone who proactively helps others stays positive and has a good sense of humorWho We Are:Our core values come naturally and make us a better, more whole, and unique team.
