Occupational Therapist (OT) – Kenosha, WI

Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy has partnered with a supportive school district in Kenosha, WI to find a dedicated Occupational Therapist. This role focuses on helping students develop fine motor, sensory, and functional skills to enhance academic performance and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group occupational therapy services to students across K–12.

• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to support students’ functional and academic needs.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other therapists to ensure therapy aligns with classroom goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, goals, and therapy sessions in compliance with school and state requirements.

• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support generalization of skills.

• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active OT license in Wisconsin.

• School-based experience required.

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
