Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience in school settings and with school-aged children strongly preferred
• Ability to oversee and mentor an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for creating positive learning experiences for students

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct OT services to students across two elementary schools
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Assess, document, and track progress for a caseload of 62 students
• Supervise and provide support to an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), overseeing their work with part of the caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Offer guidance and recommendations for adapting classroom activities to better serve students

This full-time contract includes 37.5 hours per week with a flexible, school-based schedule.
