Step into a rewarding contract position supporting elementary students as a school-based Occupational Therapist. This opportunity starts ASAP and runs through Thanksgiving break, offering meaningful engagement with young learners across two school sites near Racine, WI. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
• Prior experience working within a school setting, elementary preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, documentation, and educational collaboration
• Ability to effectively manage a part-time caseload across multiple locations
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-age students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess student needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
• Travel between two school sites as needed to provide timely and effective therapies
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school/district policies

Additional Notes:

• Position is for approximately 20 hours per week, from ASAP until the Thanksgiving holiday break
• Director has indicated the possibility of extending into a full-time role until Thanksgiving
• There may also be an option to transition into a neighboring district for a part-time opportunity for the remainder of the school year
