Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at The Springs of Covington in Fort Smith, AR

We’re hiring a PRN COTA to join our dynamic rehab team in Fort Smith . If you love helping people move better, live stronger, and reach their goals—with a smile—you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT
Assist in executing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey
What You Bring:
Active Arkansas COTA license
A passion for patient care and teamwork
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
