Compensation & Benefits $18–$40 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications Full-time employment Flexible schedule Health insurance contribution 401(k) with 3% employer match In-office dental benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional development and career growth opportunities Dental Assistant Responsibilities Assist the dentist with a variety of dental procedures Assist with sedation procedures and All-on-4 implant cases Take digital dental X-rays, radiographs, panoramic images, and patient photographs Operate and assist with digital dental technology and imaging systems Work with Dentrix, iTero, ISCAN, 3D photography scanning technology, and coDiagnostiX Assist with photogrammetry and guided implant procedures Assist with on-site laboratory procedures and 3D printing Scan, chart, and accurately maintain patient records Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments for procedures Maintain and organize dental equipment and supplies Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies Assist with clinical budgeting and supply management Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment environment Provide professional, compassionate, and exceptional patient care Support the doctor and dental team throughout daily clinical operations Dental Assistant Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates at any experience level Knowledge of Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is preferred Experience with digital dental imaging or intraoral scanning is a plus Experience with implant dentistry or surgical procedures is a plus Experience with digital dentistry and advanced dental technology is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced dental office Professional and positive attitude Dependable, responsible, and willing to learn Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Interest in developing a long-term career in dentistry Why Join Our Team?
