Job Purpose:

Ensure the efficient execution of production processes by maintaining optimal equipment performance, ensuring product quality, and prioritizing employee safety.

1.     Requirements:

Minimum education required:

Technical career, professional degree, production process engineer, industrial engineering, related engineer

Experience:

Minimum 1 year

2.     Profile

·        Availability of schedule, responsibility, dynamic, good attitude, and organized.

·        Experience in personnel supervision, quality system management, and pipe and profile fabrication.

·        ISO 9001 knowledge.

·        Basic security knowledge.

·        Inventory management knowledge.

·        ERW Welding and Pipe Mill experience A+.

 3.     Responsibilities

·        Ensure compliance with the production schedule and prevent delays.

·        Maintain machine operations and personnel management

·        Ensure compliance with quality system procedures

·        Monitor and optimize production processes

·        Manage production schedules and equipment performance

·        Monitor staff attendance and absences.

·        Coordinate with other departments to improve operations.

4.     Activities

·        Supervise mill and machine operations

·        Review of production reports

·        Ensure product quality requirements are met

·        Follow up on supply chain for plant operations

·        Coordinate with maintenance for machinery improvements

·        Manage personnel performance

·        Maintain continuous production workflow

·        Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.

5.     Skills

·        Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes

·        Quality control expertise

·        Equipment optimization capabilities

·        Strong leadership and communication skills

·        Ability to balance operational efficiency and team performance

·        Detailed understanding of production line management

·        Problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
