Job Description

As a Commercial Plumbing Journeyman in TLC's Commercial Service Department, you will provide customer-focused service daily to ensure a safe work environment, high-quality workmanship, and strong production performance. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
• Perform routine service, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Ensure all work meets code requirements and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work and pricing
• Maintain daily production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
• Complete service documentation, invoicing, and collections in a timely manner
• Coordinate with dispatch and team members to meet scheduling commitments
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Plumbing Journeyman License (required)
• 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, piping, and installation practices
• Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and service trade requirements
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

Salary

$30 - $38 (hourly)
