Production Supervisor

At REHAU , we are looking for a Production Supervisor to take full onsite responsibility for our FC production cell, ensuring we meet our targets for cost, quality, safety, and lead time . What you’ll do: Supervise manufacturing processes and production teams Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met Identify production issues and implement improvements Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to optimize processes, costs, and labor Manage raw materials, production schedules, and finished goods Identify and report unsafe practices and promote a strong safety culture Lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide training to the team What we’re looking for: Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and decision-making skills Experience in manufacturing environments Preferred: 2+ years of experience in engineered wood manufacturing , including exposure to lamination, panel saw, CNC, edgebander, and quality processes If you are an assertive, hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems and driving manufacturing performance, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
