Two (2) years of experience as a Charge Nurse and critical care nursing strongly preferred. New grads and/or candidates without neurology experience must demonstrate a strong interest in learning neurology nursing and commitment to professional development. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
