Director of Sales & Marketing

Overview At the Springs of Scottsdale, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director. At Stellar Senior Living, we refer to this role as Family Advisors — because that's exactly what they are. When a family walks through our doors, they're not shopping for a product. They're making one of the most emotional, complex decisions of their lives. Your job is to guide them through it with honesty, expertise, and genuine care. What We're Looking For 2+ years of senior living sales experience Will consider: hospitality management, hotel sales, property management, event sales — if you can build relationships and close with integrity, we want to talk Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required) A track record you're proud of — occupancy numbers, conversion rates, relationships built An engaging, warm personality that makes people feel at ease in hard moments A genuine love for seniors and the people who care for them What You'll Get Base salary range: $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience Performance-based bonus tied to results you control Medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous PTO + paid holidays 401(k) Real growth opportunities — Stellar promotes from within Company-sponsored training and tuition reimbursement What You'll Own Sales Leadership Set the standard for how we show up for families Build and deepen relationships with referral sources, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners Guide prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process — no pressure tactics, ever Drive occupancy through relationship-based selling that reflects who we are Marketing & Community Presence Plan and execute events that connect The Springs to the broader Scottsdale community Represent Stellar Senior Living as a trusted resource — not just a community, but a partner What Makes This Role Different We're not a call center.
