Painting Foreman

Job Description

Craftsmen Contractors is currently seeking an experienced Painting Foreman for our client in Jacksonville, FL.

We are looking for a dependable, experienced leader who can oversee painting crews, maintain quality standards, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead painting crews on job sites
Coordinate daily work and ensure projects stay on schedule
Maintain high-quality painting standards
Communicate professionally with customers and address their needs
Ensure crews follow proper job-site procedures and safety standards
Assist with resolving job-site issues as they arise

Requirements

Previous professional painting experience
Previous painting foreman or crew-lead experience
Proven ability to manage and motivate a crew
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable transportation required
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently

Schedule

Monday–Friday , with overtime as needed.
